## What it is

One platform. Purpose-built products. Rather than building generic software
and adapting it to different industries, M-Chat maps how each industry works
and builds a product around it. The result feels native from day one instead
of rebranded.

M-Chat Platform is not a chatbot, a generic AI tool, or a CRM. It is a
foundation for creating industry-specific customer experiences.

## Method: the Industry Operating Model™

A repeatable method for understanding how an industry actually works before
designing a product for it. For every industry, six foundations are mapped:

1. **People** — who uses the product, who they serve, how they interact
2. **Core Journeys** — the experiences that define the industry
3. **Industry Knowledge** — terminology, context, regulation, expertise
4. **Industry Language** — the words and tone native to that industry
5. **Business Rules** — processes, permissions and operating logic
6. **Success Metrics** — the outcomes that matter and how impact is measured

That map becomes the blueprint for the product: its brand, experience,
workflows, AI behaviour, integrations and reporting.

R20,000 per month, billed annually. Capacity-limited; onboarding is by
application. Partners build on the same platform powering Manna and Aura today.
